Lake Neighbours, Lake Friends
The people who comprise the Koshlong Lake community have expressed, in a Lake Management Plan, shared interests in:
- Preserving the beauty of the landscape and the quality of the water;
- Safeguarding wildlife, aquatic life and natural habitats;
- Protecting the environment from pressures of economic development;
- Maintaining tranquility and quality of life for everyone on the lake;
- Involving the community in education and stewardship; and
- Acting in the interest of future generations.
